Week 1 – Conditioned Management from Long Distance

Master long-distance control through structured 3-punch combinations.

  • Develop control from long distance through varied sequences, free-flow combinations, and targeted execution.

Week 3 – Conditioned Management from Short Distance

Week 4 – Free Distance Management

  • Prove your readiness in Sparring #11 and the Final Sparring, demonstrating mastery of the entire Tactical Model.
